I stayed at the hotel and found it to have some pros and cons. The rooms were good for one person but a bit small for two, and unfortunately, my room had no window. However, the location was very convenient with easy access to transport connections. The Indian food for breakfast didn't quite fit my taste as a Vietnamese traveler, but the hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is just across KL Sentral, which was convenient for my travels.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite being a bit crampy for a group of five, were immaculate and well-equipped with an ensuite bathroom, TV, toiletries, and a coffee and tea kettle. The service was exceptional, especially from the Door man and the Receptionist, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for accessing public transportation and exploring the city, although the dining options were limited to basic offerings.
